Sunflower Balls in Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients meatballs
74 g Sunflower Mince
130-150 g breadcrumbs
100 ml lukewarm water
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
3 tsp ginger
3 tsporganic olive oil
1-2 tsp coriander, chopped (optional)
3 cloves of garlic
2 spring onions
For the sauce: (teriyaki sauce)
80 ml soy sauce
80 ml agave syrup
300 ml water
2-3 tbsp sesame seeds
2-3 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp ginger
3 cloves of garlic
We recommend coconut rice with it
200 g jasmine rice
250 ml water
150 ml coconut milk
Salt
PREPARATION
Sunflower Mince in a sieve and clear water, remove dust and moisten. Then drain. Knead all ingredients, except for the olive oil. The minced mass should be moist, but not fall apart after forming. Now form the balls. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry sunflowerBALLS evenly for 2 minutes. Then place on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Stir all the ingredients for the sauce in a blender until smooth. Bring to the boil briefly in the pot and continue to simmer over low heat and allow to thicken. Remove from the heat and toss the sesame seeds and the cooked balls briefly until everything is covered with sauce.
Arrange the finished balls on rice and top with spring onion
