Kebab is a classic that tastes at least as good in vegan. In this recipe, we combine our sunflowerChunks, crisp salad and a fresh yoghurt sauce. All this packed in a crispy flatbread.


You need:

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp coriander seed

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp sumac

  • 2 tsp Sriracha

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 5 tbsp olive oil

  • 60 g Sunflower Chunks

  • Oil for frying

  • 50ml water


Here's how to do it:

  1. Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl and marinate the chunks in it for 10 minutes.

  2. Drain the chunks well and heat the oil in a pan.

  3. Fry the sunflowerCHUNKS vigorously on all sides until golden brown.

  4. Combine your vegan kebab with your favourite salads and vegan yogurt dressing.
